1973 - 2000 MINI MKIII ONWARDS LEATHER GEAR LEVER GAITERThis leather gaiter fits all cars built after the squarer late tunnel without the MKI starter housing (introduced during 1973). It is retained by a metal ring which is screwed into the transmission tunnel after first passing it through the cutaway in the carpet. I am very picky about the fleece I use for running in cooler weather. I like them really thin so I can layer. This is about as thin as I could find on Amazon but it still has some substance to it. There are several elegant details like the way the zipper tag parks itself in a little pocket. Very nice shirt!
